Specs

The Paranormal Esquire Deluxe guitar is a stunning instrument that comes in various colors, including metallic black, mocha, and sparkle blue. In this video review, we will focus on the metallic black variant. The guitar features a glossy Maple neck similar to the CB series, vintage split shaft tuners, a 25.5-inch scale, and nine and a half-inch radius narrow tall Frets. The single wide range humbucker, designed by Fender, offers a unique sound that's slightly thinner compared to the original 72s.

Electronics and Setup

The action is nicely set up, resulting in a low and buzz-free experience. The vintage-style bent saddles on the guitar are usually not a personal preference for the presenter, but they admit that these ones are sitting well and low. The guitar features a synthetic bone nut and a string retainer, which the presenter doesn't particularly like. The electronics include a rotary switch, two volume knobs, Alpha 250k pots, a four-wire pickup, and a 223 capacitor.

Sound Samples
